- Add other HVAC Equipment including water heater, fireplace, garage heater, air exchanger, and/or humidifier for an additional $6.00 per month for each piece of equipment added
- Furnace and AC plans do include an air filter up to 1in
- Humidifier maintenance does include a water pad replacement
- You will receive a maintenance report when any work is completed
